Drawings and paintings by
BRIDGET MACDONALD
Works by the Malvern based professional artist Bridget Macdonald, with their source in a poetry Book, SOIL by Catherine Swire, about the history of the landscape around the Malvern Hills. There are drawings and paintings with an emphasis on the story of Prince Arthur, eldest son of Henry VII, who appears in the Magnificat window of the Priory.
Lunchtime events between 1-2pm in the Priory:
Tuesday 8th October:
Bridget talks about the source of her work.
Tuesday 15th October:
Catherine explores the local landscape, reading from SOIL.
Tuesday 22nd October:
Catherine and Bridget discuss the relationship between words and images.
Priory open 10am-4pm daily. No admission during services or concerts.

A finalist on Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year, Kim demonstrates and chats to art enthusiasts, interested in sketching and watercolour. Includes a film of the successful En Plein Air Painting Competition mounted by Malvern's, Creatives Connect.
